GameVote is sport-agnostic and works with any team sport including afl, football, basketball, cricket, netball, rugby, hockey, and more. The platform is flexible enough to accommodate the voting needs of any sporting code.

GameVote is available as both a web application (accessible through any browser) and mobile apps for iOS and Android. Team officials benefit from downloading the mobile app, but voters can participate via web browser, SMS, or QR codes without needing to install anything.

Getting started is easy! Sign up for a Team, Multi-Team, Club, or Association plan, create your account, add your team members and officials, configure your voting template, and you're ready to go. The entire setup process typically takes less than 30 minutes. For Association plans, contact us for a tailored quote.

Most teams complete their initial setup in 15-30 minutes. This includes adding your players, assigning team officials, and configuring your voting preferences. You can start collecting votes immediately after setup.

Absolutely. All votes are securely stored in the cloud with complete audit history. Every vote is timestamped and tracked, ensuring transparency and integrity. You can review the complete voting history at any time to ensure fairness and accuracy.

Yes! GameVote offers extensive customization options including: number of players who can receive votes, maximum votes per player, voting point systems (e.g., 3-2-1 or custom), voting deadlines, and whether comments are required or optional.

• Team Plan: $49/year (or $5/month) – Perfect for individual teams, includes 1 team per season, up to 6 officials, and 100 free SMS credits annually
• Multi-Team Plan: $199/year (or $20/month) – Ideal for managing multiple teams, includes up to 10 teams per season, up to 6 officials per team, and 500 free SMS credits annually
• Club Plan: $499/year (or $50/month) – Best for entire clubs, includes up to 25 teams per season, up to 6 officials per team, and 1000 free SMS credits annually
• Association Plan: By quotation – Enterprise solution for associations and leagues with unlimited teams, dedicated support, and tailored pricing based on your specific requirements

Yes! Annual billing saves you 15% compared to monthly billing. Plus, annual plans include free SMS credits (100 for Team, 1000 for Club), while monthly plans don't include SMS credits.

SMS credits are used when you want to collect votes via text message. Each SMS sent to a voter uses one credit. While SMS voting is optional (voters can also use the app, web browser, or QR codes), it's a convenient option that doesn't require voters to download anything. Annual plans include free SMS credits to get you started.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Contact our support team at support@gamevote.com.au and we'll help you transition to a larger plan with pro-rated pricing. You can upgrade from Team to Multi-Team, Club, or Association at any time.

Yes, you can export your voting data and reports at any time. Data can be exported in various formats including Excel, CSV, and PowerPoint presentations for your records or further analysis.

If you cancel your subscription, you'll have access to export all your data. We recommend downloading your voting records, reports, and any PowerPoint presentations before your subscription ends. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
